Welcome to EJ’s Windows & Detailing.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website ejswindows-detailing.ca and your engagement with our services. By using our site or booking any service—whether residential or commercial—you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not continue to use our website or services.

1. Terminology

  • “Client,” “You,” or “Your” refers to any individual, homeowner, tenant, property manager, business, or representative engaging with our services.

  • “Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to EJ’s Windows & Detailing.

  • “Party” or “Parties” refers to both the Client and the Company.

2. Scope of Services

We provide high-quality residential and commercial services, including but not limited to:

  • Window cleaning (interior/exterior)

  • Mobile vehicle detailing

  • Maintenance plans for homes, vehicles, and commercial properties

By booking any service, you agree to abide by these Terms as well as any agreements made in writing or through confirmation communications.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are based on standard conditions. Excessive dirt & materials, access issues, or special requests may affect final pricing. For commercial contracts or larger jobs, customized pricing and service agreements will be created.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment Terms

  • Residential Clients: Payment is due immediately upon service completion unless pre-arranged.

  • Commercial Clients: Net terms (e.g., Net 15 or Net 30) may be available upon approval and subject to contract.

We accept e-transfers, and other secure digital methods. Late payments may incur interest or additional service fees.

5. Booking and Cancellation Policy

You may book services online, by phone, or email.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.

  • For commercial accounts, 48 hours notice may be required for multi-unit or multi-vehicle services.

  • No-shows, late cancellations or early client departures will result in full booking charges.

  • Late appointment cancellations will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

6. Satisfaction and Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us.
If you’re not satisfied with the work completed:

  • Residential Clients: Please notify us the day of service.

  • Commercial Clients: Please contact us within 3 business days of service completion.

Refunds or re-service decisions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. Property Access & Liability

It is the client's responsibility to ensure safe access to the property or vehicle(s) as well as removing all personal & valuable items from vehicle(s) prior to Mobile Detailing appointments.

We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage.

  • Unattended pets, alarms, or inaccessible areas.

  • Delays due to weather, traffic, or unsafe conditions.

  • We are not liable for lost, misplaced items.

For commercial clients, any required permits, permissions, or facility protocols must be disclosed in advance.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of EJ’s Windows & Detailing or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

You may not:

  • Republish or redistribute website material

  • Use our name, logo, or brand visuals without consent

  • Frame our site or alter its appearance in any form

9. User Comments and Feedback

Feedback or reviews submitted on our site or social platforms represent the opinions of the original poster. We reserve the right to monitor, remove, or respond to any comment that violates our policies or harms our brand.

By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use your comment in any medium.

10. Third-Party Links & Liability

We are not responsible for content or services on third-party websites linked to ours. Linking to our site must be fair, non-deceptive, and not imply endorsement unless agreed in writing.

11. Changes and Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of our site or services constitutes your acceptance of the current version of these Terms.

To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties related to our site and services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, flawless performance, or absolute accuracy of the information provided.

Nothing in this disclaimer limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or other issues not permitted under law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
